Is 91社区福利 a law firm?
No. 91社区福利 is a law company and our network of lawyers consists of solos and small firms with independent practices. We are not a law firm and do not provide any legal services, legal advice or 鈥榣awyer referral services,鈥 nor do we provide or participate in any legal representation.
Our lawyers get the best aspects of being a solo lawyer with the resources and backing of a law firm. They get to be entrepreneurial, work on their schedule, pick their clients, and do as much or as little BD as they want. At the same time, 91社区福利 provides the operational support typically provided by medium and large law firms (software tools, client support, billing & collections, marketing & sales, peers & community, etc).

What is the application process like?
91社区福利 has a highly competitive selection process that includes five steps:
Online Application Submit an application and provide information about your practice experience, employment history, education, and other attributes that make lawyers successful on 91社区福利.
Initial Interview A member of our Lawyer Experience Team will assess the lawyer鈥檚 interpersonal characteristics like professionalism and friendliness, and their motivations for joining the 91社区福利 network.
Deep Dive Interview Our Head of Lawyer Experience will assess the lawyer鈥檚 skill and approach to practice. We look for technical knowledge and compatibility with 91社区福利鈥檚 fundamental values of professionalism, quality, fairness and transparency, and exceptional customer experience.
Reference Checks Applicants are asked to provide recent client or peer references.
Code of Conduct and Continuous Monitoring Before they can practice on our platform, we ask lawyers to agree to 91社区福利鈥檚 Code of Conduct. We also continuously monitor, collect, and review client feedback, and remove lawyers who fail to maintain our practice standards and expectations.
What is the fee model?
On 91社区福利, we only make money when you do. We do not charge lawyers a recurring monthly fee, and there are no time commitments or hidden fees. 91社区福利 does not charge clients upfront retainers.聽
Lawyers are paid upon completion of a service and pay 91社区福利 an Administration Fee. Clients pay 91社区福利 a variable Service Fee based on the legal fee and other factors.
